Our Fees
Although we do not aim to compete on price with other payroll agencies
(we know that it is the quality of service
that counts), the cost of the PayeDoc service is less than you might
think - and certainly less than the fees charged by most accountants
or other agencies. We also recognise the need to keep things simple,
so our fee is all-inclusive: there are no 'add-ons' for joiners, leavers,
NHS Pension Scheme members or manual year-end processing. We will even
design customised reports for your Practice for no extra charge.
The monthly fee for 2008/2009 is £33.75 for a Practice with up to 10 employees. For larger Practices we charge £33.75 plus £1.60 for each employee after the 10th - thus a Practice with 15 employees pays £33.75 plus (5 x £1.60) = £41.75 (plus VAT).
If a Practice requires reports and/or payslips to be posted to them (instead of, or as well as, being provided via email or from our secure website), the above fees become £35.75 for up to 10 employees plus £1.70 for each employee after the 10th.
Fees are subject to a review each April, which is based on the number of employees on the payroll, plus an inflationary increase that is linked to the latest Agenda for Change Pay increase.
At PayeDoc we know that the only client worth having is a happy one, so we do not tie our clients to any minimum contract period. We are confident that the service we are providing, and the fees we are charging, represent the best deal available to General Practices - and this belief has been emphatically backed up by the views of our clients.
